Shipping Policy

Classy Candle accepts orders 24/7 and we ship Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays, Currently we are only shipping within the United States. We do not offer international shipping All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days through USPS, Once shipped, your order is usually delivered within 2-5 business days. Tracking information will be sent for all orders once processed. If you just received your tracking email it may take a couple days for our carriers to update the information. 

Customs and Import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to custom.

Lost or Stolen Packages Please note once a package is entered into the carrier's system the shipping, delivery status, and any missing/lost/stolen packages are no longer within our control. You will need to contact the mail carrier directly. Inaccurate Addresses The accuracy of the shipping address provided is the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any shipping information that has been entered incorrectly. Please double-check the accuracy of your address entered at checkout.




SHIPPING DAMAGES

All Classy Candle products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. However, we understand damage happens in transit. If your package arrives damaged during shipment, please email [email protected] with photographic proof of the damage within 2 days of delivery confirming your shipping address and proof of purchase and we will help you get a replacement.
